Highslide JS 21 April 2020. A set of 4 boge side control spindle brackets. These brackets are bolted to the inside of the bogie frame and locate the spindle that goes through the middle of the side control springs.

Highslide JS 22 May 2020. The bogie centre slide going through its stage 1 machining
Highslide JS 22 May 2020 CTL Seal use a Faro Arm in the inspection bay to do a dimensional check on components after machining. The bogie stretcher is on the inspection bench after stage 1 machining
Highslide JS 29 June 2020. The side control spring beams in the inspection bay ready to be moved to the assembly hall. The beams pass through the rectangular holes in the centre slide and the slots engage in te spindles. when the centre slide tries to move to one side, the movement is passed through the beams to the side control springs.
Highslide JS 27 July 2020 - The stretcher is on a CNC machine for final machining. One job has been to machine the circular recesses for the bogie bolster pads.
Highslide JS 27 July 2020. The axle box guides are being machined. 7 on the pallet, 1 on the machine
Highslide JS 3 August 2020 - Axlebox guide machining in progress
Highslide JS 17 August 2020 - Stretcher machining complete. We are now writing the assembly procedure for the first phase of the bogie assembly.
